Vacancy: Office Administrator
- Assisting with supplier and customer verification, writing and distributing emails and forms as part of this process
- Filing electronically and manually as required
- Assisting with updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Answering and direct phone calls as needed – this can be international and UK
- Providing general support as needed
Requirements
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency with spreadsheets – both Excel & Google Sheets
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Veterinary or pharmacy knowledge a bonus but not required
Training would be given as required.
It is anticipated that this role will be varied in nature. Much of the work will be assisting the RPs with the process of compliance with GDP and licensing requirements, however the nature of the rapidly growing business would allow for further development of the role where opportunities arise.
Hours – FT 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary – according to age and experience
